Cookie Policy
Effective: 2026-10-08
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Maor Anav uses, and your choices.
1. What are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a site. They help us remember preferences, keep you signed in, and improve the Service.
2. What We Store, and Why
Everything below is either needed to sign you in and run the Service, or a setting you chose inside it. None of it is used for advertising or to follow you around the web, so none of it needs your consent — which is why The Queen shows no cookie banner.
Signing in and the Service itself
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
sb-…-auth-token | Supabase session — keeps you signed in until you sign out or the session is ended | The cookie can last up to 400 days |
csrf-token | Security: proves a form was sent from The Queen itself | 24 hours |
google_auth_state, microsoft_auth_state, gmail_receipts_oauth_state, gmail_receipts_oauth_return, spotify_oauth_state | Security while you connect Google, Microsoft, Gmail or Spotify: checks that the answer comes back to the same flow | 10 minutes |
queen-locale, queen-tz, queen-tz-manual | Your language and time zone | 1 year |
queen-mode, queen-active-workspace | The mode and workspace you are working in | 1 year |
queen-acting-as-owner | Set only while you work in an account that shared access with you | 8 hours |
queen-mw-prof, queen-shell-counts, queen-ssr-… | Speed: remember your mode and the counters on your screen so pages open without waiting | 5 minutes to 1 year |
queen-sign-lang | The language you chose on a signing page | 30 days |
queen_ref | Set only when you open a friend's invitation link: the sign-up you start counts that invitation; read once | 30 days |
Settings you chose in the app
- Display preferences, kept as small cookies or in your browser's local storage: the theme, the sidebar, calendar and gigs views, the finance period, money decimals, dashboard layout and similar (names start with
queen-). - A copy of your conversation with the Queen assistant (
queen-chat-history-v2, local storage), so it is still there when you come back. The messages themselves are sent to our server and to the AI provider to be answered, and are kept in your account — see the Privacy Policy, sections 3 and 5.
Measurement and error reports
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure pages without cookies and keep no identifier on your device.
- Error reports (Sentry) help us fix crashes; session recording is off and they set no cookie.
- We use no advertising pixels, no tag manager and no third-party trackers.
Third-party
- Google OAuth sets a cookie when you sign in with Google.
3. Managing Cookies
- In-app: there is no banner, because there is nothing that needs your consent.
- Browser: every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking the sign-in cookie signs you out; clearing settings returns them to their defaults.
- If we ever add anything that is not essential, we will ask first, on the public pages, before it runs.
4. Do Not Track
We do not track you across sites, so there is nothing for a "Do Not Track" signal to switch off.
5. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
